[There's a slight pause, after which the girl speaking only sounds more agitated.] How can I ask this to explain? It doesn't know anything. You don't, either, if you think this can talk to me. I'll find someone else if you're too stupid to help me. I bet you don't even know what direction north is.

Where is the City? Um, we're not exactly sure about that. It's kinda literally nowhere.

Halloween monster? Um, you know. Vampires, Frankenstein, Werewolves. The scary monsters that we all seem to tell stories about.

This place can be. Especially considering how people come from all kinds of places and times.

Um. Werewolves are people who can become wolves. Or become wolf-hybrids. They're sometimes feral in wolf form or sometimes very much not feral. The stories tend to be about the feral ones but not all of them though.
